Service Description

Beginner Stroke Development Class This class is for brand new swimmers that are ready to join a group class. This class is focused on improving front crawl and backstroke. The focus will be on confidently swimming 25 yards on front and back, improving endurance and training in deep water. Requirements: Must be able to swim independently 25 yards on front and back. Min 3/Max 4 students Monday 4-5pm Wednesday 3:30-4:30pm Wednesday 5-6pm Saturday 1-2pm
